Here I am
as a jury member, and I am asked to choose a person who is the person of the
year. My choice is Johnny Depp, and I have very strong reason behind my choice.
Firstly, he is the person who has the most fans in the world. He also has been
nominated for top awards many times, winning the Best Actor Awards.
I want to
share his early times with you. When he was 15 he set a music group and quitted
the school. He met the sister of his group’s vocalist Lori Anne Allison, and he
married with her. She was the make-up artist of the Hollywood films’ actor. She
introduced Johnny with Nicolas Cage. He said Johnny that he had very nice face,
he should take a role in films. He took a role since he just wanted to pay his
bills. This is the first step of his career. Then he began to show up in films.
After playing a TV series, he became very popular among the young girls, every magazine journal had his photos on. He was annoyed to be in the limelight, so he wanted to be play weird characters in movies. After meeting Tim Burton he began to take role in weird characters. The other producers criticized his weird character. However his success in Pirates of the Caribbean misled them. Now he is the most gaining actor in Hollywood.
